📝 GIC Rules, Regulations & Code of Conduct
📌 Player Eligibility
  •   Age Requirement: Player eligibility is based on their age as of August 1st cut off date. The age group a player participated in last season is the same group they will compete with during GIC.
  •   Regional Eligibility: Players may choose any region to try out for. Coaches are also allowed to recruit players from any region or state.
  •   Roster Limits: Each team may carry a maximum of 30 players, with kickers exempt from the roster cap.

📌 Draft Process
  •   Players will be drafted to the region in which they tried out.
  •   If roster spots are available in other regions, players may be selected by those regions as well.
  •   If a drafted player fails to complete registration, they may forfeit their roster spot and be replaced.

📌 Code of Conduct
All players, coaches, parents, and staff are expected to:
  •   Treat others with respect—on and off the field.
  •   Demonstrate sportsmanship toward teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators.
  •   Represent themselves and GIC with integrity and professionalism.
Violations may result in disciplinary action or removal from GIC activities.

📌 Refund Policy
  •   No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  •   Due to the extensive planning, time, and resources involved in organizing GIC, all registrations are final.
  •   In cases of injury, illness, or documented extreme circumstances, players may be offered credit toward future GIC events (subject to review).
