GIC All - Star Try Out Waivers

Can’t Make It to a Tryout? We’ve Got You Covered.

We understand that emergencies happen — and that not every athlete lives within a short drive of a GIC Regional Tryout. That’s why we’ve created an alternative system to make sure every deserving athlete still has a fair shot to be seen and selected.

While we strongly encourage all athletes to attend a tryout in person to meet the coaches, connect with potential teammates, and showcase their skills firsthand, we know that isn’t always possible.

If you’re unable to attend, you must FIRST submit film to our instagram @CoachRatcliffThomas, or email RThomas@GICAllStarWeekend.com or directly to the head coach, via the DM's option. Coaches can be found via the GIC All Star Weekend Facebook Page. It is imperative that our coaches see you play prior to submitting a try out waiver. 

Once you have been cleared by Coach Ratcliff or one of his coaches, can still participate by paying the tryout registration fee and submitting the tryout waiver. Once your waiver is received, it will be reviewed and — if approved — your name will be added to the athlete pool, where regional coaches can evaluate and select you for their teams.
